Refund Policy

At Braz Breeze Cleaning Services, we strive to provide our clients with excellent service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. One of our team members will return to address and fix it.

Cancellation Policy:

• Clients may cancel or reschedule services at any time up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without penalty.

​

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Refund Policy - If paid online

​

• Refunds will be provided in full if services are cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

​

• A $50 fee will be deducted from your refund for cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
