Provision of Services

Braz Breeze offers a range of professional cleaning services to clients across Australia. Our services include general cleaning, deep cleaning, corporate cleaning, and other bespoke cleaning tasks as requested by our clients.

Please be advised that the time displayed on our website is symbolic, as we prioritize quality over hourly work. Our pricing is determined by the service frequency, the size of your space, and your specific requirements.

Payment for our services can be made online when booking through our website, or it is required to be made in full upon completion.

These Terms and Conditions cover all services listed on our website at the time of your visit. While we endeavor to provide accurate information, descriptions, and images regarding our services, we cannot guarantee their absolute accuracy. We acknowledge that every space is unique, and thus, each cleaning service may differ. Although we are committed to performing our services with the utmost excellence, by agreeing to hire our services, you acknowledge and accept that our services may differ from the images provided on our website.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order if necessary. Should we cancel your order after processing your payment, we will refund the amount paid. It is your responsibility to monitor your payment method to confirm receipt of any refund.

Intellectual Property

All content available on our website, including images, text, logos, documents, and downloadable files, is the property of Braz Breeze and its creators. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

Account Responsibilities

By creating an account on our website, you agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if it is used illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment on our website:

Direct Debit

By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to the selected payment method. If we suspect your payment violates any law or these Terms and Conditions, we may cancel or reverse the transaction.

Our services can also be paid using PayID provided when booking a service.

Cancellation

Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments without penalty if done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Use of Photos and Videos

Braz Breeze may take photographs of the areas to be cleaned for operational purposes, such as assessing the area before and after cleaning, quality control, training, and verifying services rendered. These photos will not be published or shared without your explicit consent and will only be used for the stated operational purposes.

Non-Solicitation of Employees

During the term of our agreement and for six months after termination, you agree not to directly solicit or attempt to hire any employee or contractor of Braz Breeze who has provided services to you.

Consumer Protection

Where applicable, Australian Consumer Law and other relevant consumer protection legislation apply and cannot be excluded by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to mandatory provisions of such legislation, which will prevail in the event of a conflict.

Data Handling

Braz Breeze respects client privacy and manages personal information in accordance with relevant privacy laws. We collect and use personal information to deliver our services and may share this information with contractors or third-party service providers as necessary. We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Indemnification

Except where prohibited by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Braz Breeze, its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of where the services are provided.
